Angie Osborne MA LMFT

Who I am as a therapist has been and continues to be a journey fueled with passion and purpose.

My passion comes from life experiences,  past work experiences and my desire to create positive changes in life and in our community.  We all get stuck, and sometimes we simply need new tools, new perspectives and someone to help us find and open doors to new solutions.

Collaboratively constructing fresh ways of viewing and dealing with old problems and patterns can be liberating, healing and life altering.

I firmly believe my clients are the experts on their own life ~ I simply act as a choreographer of conversations, aimed to explore emotional connections and attachment injuries and impasses. The experience of being human is unique to each and every one of us on this planet.

I have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy – I view problems and solutions through an attachment lens.  As humans, we have a biological need to feel safe, secure & connected in our primary relationships. I also have specialized training from the Couples Institute.
