We all get stuck, and sometimes we simply need new tools, new perspectives and someone to help us find and open doors to new solutions.
I really do believe my clients are the experts on their own life — I simply act as a choreographer of conversations, aimed to explore emotional connections and attachment injuries and impasses. The experience of being human is unique to each and every one of us on this planet.
I work with couples, families, and individuals to actively address depression, anxiety, grief, intimacy, infidelity and life transitions through an attachment lens.
